23TRA076 Starting 2023 With Positivity, Well-Being & Optimism (P)
Date: Friday, 13 January 2023
Time: 9.30am - 10am
Venue: Online Via Zoom
Get 2023 off to a positive start with this in-class webinar for 3rd to 6th class students! This webinar will outline what optimism, positivity and well-being mean, as well as why they are so important. The children will be presented with a series of personal reflections throughout the webinar, so they will need to have a pen and paper ready for use throughout. They will then have the opportunity to set 3 well-being goals for themselves for the year ahead as a follow up activity. The webinar is 30 minutes long and will be presented by Fiona Forman, who is a former primary school teacher and co-author of the well-known Weaving Well-Being programme.
Tutor: Fiona Forman, M. Sc. Applied Positive Psychology
